Why are SaaS-based products taking exponential growth?
SaaS stands for Software as a Service. This means we do not have to download the Software and do the boring software installation part. SaaS-based products are kind of ready to use the Software. The upfront cost for both Software and hardware infrastructure is reduced significantly or almost comes down to zero.
Gone are the days when people physically needed to go into their office, create a server and install the Software of each pc one by one. The next challenge comes when there is an update in the Software. They either need to go to the office again or share the virtual screens and update them individually. This is a too time-consuming process which increases too much of the support cost. All the updates can be done on a simple browser refresh in SaaS-based products.
The best advantage of SaaS-based, which I like, is as it’s ready-to-use Software we can sell to any geographical location in the world. A quick Skype or Zoom call, get the demo of the product, and people start using it—a few settings which can be done from the manual present.
The following advantage can be reduced in cost. Saas-based products are designed for a highly scalable environment, so plenty of people can use them. This creates opportunities for SMBs (Small and Medium Businesses) to adapt to highly featured Software. Many users can use it in a shared environment, so managing different office locations again becomes easy. Many Saas-based products offer monthly payment structures, which furthermore benefits SMBs to try and use the Software without making huge investments.
Another benefit is that data is on the cloud, accessible anywhere, anytime. This saves time for double data backups and zeroes data corruption chances. This also creates work-from-home (WFH) possibilities for the team. A browser/app and internet connection are needed to manage the work. The browser and operating do not play any roles compared to old desktop-based Software.
We at Inspirito can do partnerships to build or promote any SaaS-based products in which we can provide leads or create sales. Our expertise is sales and marketing, and your expertise is the deep knowledge of the product. Let’s start a win-win situation for both of us.
Let’s partner up!
